Bowen Therapy
The Bowen Technique is a cross fibre muscle release technique that balances and stimulates energy flows, resulting in a deep sense of overall relaxation. Bowen Technique strives to find the origin of a problem and is therefore very effective for muscular-skeletal problems, including ankle, knee, lower back and neck pain.

Healing Touch
Healing Touch is a biofield therapy that is an energy-based approach to health and healing. It uses touch to influence the human energy system. The goal in Healing Touch is to restore harmony and balance in the energy system, placing the client in a position to self heal.

Hopi Ear Candling
Candling is non invasive and completely painless. Treatments will generally last about one hour. Beneficial results may be obtained for the following problems: Fungal problems Excessive wax build-up Sinus irritation Chronic ear infections (in conjunction with other medical treatment) To clear the head before or after a flight Treatment may also cause freer nasal breathing and an improved sense of smell, hearing may also be improved along with balance.

The Bliss of Shirodhara
Shirodara (Pouring of oil on the head and forehead). A continuous stream of warm oil is applied to the third eye area or the forehead. Shirodhara is deeply stimulating to the nervous system, releasing neuro-hormones and creating feelings of relaxation. A person feels a deep sense of being connected and centered. Calmness prevails after Shirodhara.

Jade Essence Face & Body Therapy
This treatment utilises crystals which resonate with each chakra and colour vibration of the body to balance your energetic system. Your body will be toned and detoxified through means of dry brushing while your skin will be nourished by the anointing of aromatic oils. You will be wrapped in soft muslin while your face is gently massaged with crystal wands.
