Oh, my aching feet and legs— we can have you walking on air....

There is no doubt if your feet and legs ache, you feel tired all over and the hot weather seems to make them worse
This treatment brings  relief and comfort to legs and feet..
How it works……..
Firstly , dry skin will be gently exfoliated from your tired feet before we  immerse them in  Subtle Energies’ Revive Foot Soak a powerful combination of essentials of ginger, peppermint, back pepper and cinnamon blended with 84 essential minerals found in the crystal salt from the Indus Valley.
Secondly,  we will wrap your legs in cooling clay compresses.
Clay has invaluable therapeutic properties and has been used since  ancient times to treat many ills.

It is antiseptic and also helps  formation of healthy cells
It has tremendous powers of  absorption which means that body toxins are drawn to the area being treated
While the compresses go to work we will apply  Subtle Energies Soothing Feet Oil.  This  is soothing, relaxing, calming and cooling. This blend draws the heat andtiredness away and the aroma will relax you.

The compresses are removed and  we now apply a  blend of essential oils to suit your condition, eg—poor circulation, puffy feet and ankles, fluid retention, varicose veins using a specialised leg massage to improve the circulation and skin testure and encourage lymphatic drainage.
You will be walking on air!

Relief for aching feet and legs

Detox Foot Bath
Mix together well
1 cup of  Green Argilez Clay
1 cup of Epsom salts
2 cups of bi carb of soda
2ml Juniper berry essential oil
2ml Grapefruit essential oil
Store in an airtight glass container.

Fill your footbath with water as hot as you can comfortably stand and add 1/4 cup of the clay/salt/essential oil mixture.

Sit  somewhere comfortable and relaxing place with your feet in the water for 30 minutes. The hot water and clay/salts/ essential oil combination helps to toxins from your system and draw them  out of the feet.

After the footbath it is recommended that you either apply a foot scrub or use a natural fibre foot brush to  remove dead skin and toxins.

After the scrubbing/brushing rinse your feet with warm water and massage with an essential oil blend that further enhances detoxification and nourishes the skin.
Do not use creams or lotions that have  chemical additives as your feet will readily absorb them.
