Aromatherapy consultation
Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy that ultilises essential plant oils to improve health, prevent disease and restore the balance between body, mind and spirit. Your aromatherapy consultation will allow your practitioner to develop an aromatherapy treatment plan for you.



Aromatherapy massage
This specific touch technique uses pure essential oil blends, chosen for their therapeutic values. This treatment includes a consultation to enable your therapist to determine your needs and select a blend of essential oils specifically to relieve tension, increase energy, diminish stress, improve circulation, or restore harmony.



Lavender Stress Release Aromatic Compress and Massage
This effective treatment includes a hot fragrant compress on the back with a massage of the back, neck and shoulder areas using essential oil of lavender.

Lavender Stress Release & Clay Back Wrap
Using hot fragrant, purifying and relaxing lavender compresses and then applying a detoxifying clay mask, followed with a massage of the back, neck & shoulders.

“Walking on Air” Leg and Foot Massage
If you have tired feet or puffy ankles this treatment is for you - includes consultation to establish which essential oils are to be blended for the desired effect, cooling clay compresses and a specialised massage of the feet and legs.

Aromatherapy Pregnancy Massage
A comforting treatment for mothers to be. Pure essential oils are carefully chosen and blended with skin nourishing carrier oils to help relax, relieve tension and soreness and to soften and care for your skin. The pregnancy aromatherapy treatment is adapted to your comfort level.

Aromatic Clay Body Wrap
A cleansing, detoxifying and revitalising body treatment with application of clay to the body, While you relax and the clay goes to work you will be rejuvenated with an aroma and clay therapy facial. After your shower you will be massaged with a customised oil blend that will leave you feeling smooth and tingly fresh all over.

Aromatic Clay Body Wrap
The techniques used during this massage assist your body to gently free the blockages which cause congestion and prevent efficient cleansing.  Your Therapist will determine your needs and select a blend of essential oils.  Lymph is a clear fluid that flows around the body transporting toxins to waste disposal sites.  Lymphatic drainage massage promotes this lymphatic flow.
