Ordering Guidelines
Orders can be placed through our website, by email, fax, post or telephone.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee dispatch times
in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. If for whatever reason there is an unforeseen delay we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
There is no minimum order value when placing orders with Perfect Scents Therapies
For Overseas Orders please contact us for further information regarding shipping, freight and applicable taxes.
Payment Method
We will contact you after receiving your order to arrange payment. Payments can be made by either Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards (Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa a 2% extra charge is made for this payment method), Cheque or Credit Account. Credit Accounts are only available with prior arrangement, please contact us for further information.
Delivery Method
Depending on the delivery destination, the size of the order and the urgency, we can deliver your order in a variety of ways. We use Australia Post, Couriers or Shipping Companies. We will contact you after you have placed your order to agree the most appropriate delivery method for your order.
Packaging and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. After placing your order we will contact you to agree the most cost effective delivery method that suits your requirements.
Breakages and Returns will only be accepted if Perfect Scents Therapies are notified within seven (7) days from the date of invoice and authorise the return.
An Authorised Return is one where Perfect Scents Therapies have been notified of the intent to return the product and have provided their approval.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our catalogue & website include GST.
GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items including freight. We cannot waive GST unless required documentation is supplied for Australian orders.
International orders do not incur GST, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Perfect Scents Therapies cannot be responsible for. If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
Our prices do not include shipping & transportation costs.

Perfect Scents Therapies only supply registered practitioners and students with wholesale prices. This will enable you to have access to the wholesale prices which can be emailed to you. It will also allow you access to the wholesale shopping cart that is currently being set up. This will also provide you with access to a range of “specials” and enable you to access practitioner only information.
